About me .

I qualified as a (Bsc) physiotherapist from the University of Huddersfield in 2015. Since then, I have completed my Master’s degree (Msc) in ‘Continence for Physiotherapists’ in 2023. I have extensive experience working in the NHS and I have recently set up my own private clinic to give more women access to high quality, holistic, evidence-based Pelvic Health Physiotherapy care.

Outside of work I am a very active person and love exercise and functional fitness and I compete in CrossFit and fitness competitions. I have a Cavapoo called Paddington and love going on long walks and hikes with him and my husband. I also enjoy yoga. Exercise has a huge positive impact on my life and gives me so many mental, physical and social health benefits.

Often women are told to give up certain exercises or told not to do certain formats of exercise due to pelvic health problems, which is very misleading! I am here to tell you this does not have to be the case. This is why I have a passion for treating women with pelvic floor problems. I want to empower women to not be restricted or limited by pelvic floor symptoms, and live their best life.

I am a member of the Charted Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Pelvic Obstetrics and Gynaecology Physiotherapy (POGP).

I have full Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) registration.

I am also a qualified APPI Pilates instructor with six years of experience and qualifications in ante/post natal Pilates.
