What to expect at your appointment:

At your first appointment you will be asked a detailed history of your symptoms. Please note some questions can be sensitive in nature. Questions will also be asked about your medical history and lifestyle. I will listen to your story and what is important to you, to set goals to work towards during our consultations. An internal examination is often advisable, but you do not have to have this examination and you have the right to change your mind at any point.

Following your assessment the findings will be explained to you along with education, treatment, advice and exercises to work on at home.
