Policy for Cancellations and Non-Attendance

We understand that often cancellations are made for genuine reasons however, missed or cancelled appointments impact on the quality-of-care and service provision by reducing availability of appointments. It also occurs costs and loss of income for the therapist.

We require a minimum of 24hour notice for any cancellations, to allow another client to be scheduled in.

To inform JR Pelvic Health Physiotherapy of a cancellation please either email jrpelvichealthphysio@outlook.com or call 07557143016. On calling if there is no answer please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Appointments which are altered or cancelled for any reason with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. If another client can be booked into the slot, we will not charge you.
