We understand that often cancellations are made for genuine reasons however, missed or cancelled appointments impact on the quality-of-care and service provision by reducing availability of appointments. It also occurs costs and loss of income for the therapist.
We require a minimum of 24hour notice for any cancellations, to allow another client to be scheduled in.

Appointments which are altered or cancelled for any reason with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. If another client can be booked into the slot, we will not charge you.
